About Us

At St. John Paul II Catholic School, we nurture critical thinkers and lifelong learners through a Catholic Liberal Education. Serving preschool through 6th grade, our school also offers an after-school program and Summer Academy. As part of the Sacred Heart Pastorate, we are supported by Holy Family and Holy Spirit parishes, uniting us in a shared mission of faith and excellence.

What We’re Looking For

We seek an enthusiastic educator who embodies our mission and brings the following:

  • Faith Integration: Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with our Catholic Liberal Education curriculum, weaving Catholic teachings and values into daily instruction and discussions.
  • Spiritual Leadership: Lead prayer, faith, and reflection activities consistent with our school’s traditions.
  • Classroom Excellence: Create a positive, supportive environment that fosters student engagement, respect, and a sense of community.
  • Instructional Skill: Deliver differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs, talents, and interests while maintaining high academic standards.
  • Classroom Management: Set clear behavioral expectations and implement effective strategies to ensure a productive learning space.
  • Family Partnership: Maintain open, regular communication with parents through updates, conferences, and accessible channels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, administrators, our pastor, and support staff to promote student success.
  • Growth Mindset: Engage in professional development and personal spiritual growth opportunities to enhance your practice.
  • Joyful Commitment: Demonstrate enthusiastic support for our mission, a love for children, and a desire to inspire wonder.
